What would it look like to have a construction blog? And can it work with the Stacks theme? – No, not really
Short answer: make a manual header with introduction text, then the blog automatically updates below.
Welcome Kevin Quick, our new Handbell Director
Kevin completed his bachelor's degree at NCSU (psychology and sociology with a minor in music). He is currently in Divinity School at Duke, with a goal of entering full-time music ministry in the United Methodist denomination. He has been a member of the Raleigh Ringers for 5 years, and plays several instruments as well as singing tenor in the Duke Chapel Choir. His enthusiasm for music is contagious!
Welcome Winston Hollow, our new Technical Arts Specialist
Winston grew up in Raleigh, attending Ravencroft School before heading to Davidson College, taking a year internship with ESPN, and finishing his Bachelor's in Communications at NC Central University in May. Winston completed his summer Taste and See internship and we are thrilled that he will remain at Highland as a Technical Arts Specialist. He will provide staff oversight for our streaming ministry as well as the audio/visual components of our worship services. As this role is only several hours each week, Winston will also begin a new job this fall as a sales and marketing associate for a social media archival start-up in Durham.
