Highlanders is our group for the "young at heart," mostly retirees, though all adults are welcome to join their gatherings.  They meet  regularly at the church for lunch and guest speakers, but they are just as often on the move, traveling around the area to a wealth of sites and experiences.  Friends are always welcome, too.  Contact Charlie Stuber to learn more about the group.

Transportation to Highland on Sunday Mornings

Highland's minibus drives residents at Springmoor and Independence Village to and from church for Sunday School and worship on Sunday mornings.  The bus comes to Springmoor at 9:00 to bring folks to Sunday School and returns at 10:15 to come for worship.  The bus stops at Independence Village at 9:15 on its way to the church.  The bus will return everyone to their homes after the 11:00 worship service.  If you have questions about riding the bus, please contact Candi Scott or Tom Lamb at the church office at 919-787-4240.
