City Servants will begin on Monday, June 14th, and go through Thursday, June 17th! We will start every morning at 8:30 and end for the day at 3:00

Thinks to know:

  • We will meet every morning at Highland to start the day at 8:30
  • Bring youth fed
  • We will have bag lunches every day
  • Bring a water bottle
  • All COVID-19 Precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of our youth, volunteers, and members of the community.

What will we be doing?

This year our service will be doing work for Note in the Pocket. Our youth will work from 9:30-12:00, Monday through Wednesday. Following lunch, we will play water sports, go to fun parks, and more. Thursday, the last day of City Servants we will go to Wet and Wild Emerald Pointe!

Note in the Pocket’s mission is to provide clothing to impoverished and homeless schoolchildren in Wake County with dignity and love. Note in the Pocket believes that it is unacceptable that children are limited in their educational and social development because they do not have appropriate clothes for school. Adult Volunteers will be leading groups of 3-5 Youth. Two Adults per Group. Your responsibilities are to make sure the youth are staying on task while doing the service, engage with the youth during devotionals, and join in on the fun. Your help is needed! Sign up for a shift below.
